The booking agreement, plain English.

These are the terms of staying at Villa Azure when you book directly through this site. Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo are governed by the host terms of those platforms.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit. The deposit applies to the final balance. The balance is due on arrival, by card or transfer.

Damageis your responsibility while The Compound is in your care. We document the property before and after each stay; we charge for repairs at cost. We don’t hold a separate damage deposit unless your stay is six nights or longer.

Cancellation follows our cancellation policy.

Force majeure. If the property is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we refund all funds paid; no further liability applies.

Governing law. Thai law, jurisdiction Chonburi.
