The private villa with karaoke in Pattaya.

A 100-inch KTV lounge inside a five-bedroom wing in Jomtien. Six languages, professional sound, acoustically separated from the bedrooms upstairs. Book it for ten. Or take The Compound for eighteen.

Indigo, the Showtime room. Two mics live on the table.

Yes, there is a private villa with karaoke in Pattaya. It’s called Indigo, and it’s the five-bedroom wing of Villa Azure, a walled compound in Jomtien built in 2024. The KTV lounge sits on the ground floor of Indigo. A 100-inch projector, a professional sound system, two wireless microphones, and a track library that runs in six languages. It is the wedge of the wing, and the reason most groups book it.

Indigo sleeps ten. If your group is bigger, book The Compound: both wings together, eighteen guests, two saltwater pools, two kitchens, with the KTV still on the Indigo side. That’s the short answer. The rest of this is the long one.

What the KTV actually is.

A purpose-built karaoke lounge, not a TV with a YouTube playlist. The room is dark by design. A black sectional faces the projection wall. Magenta-neon “Showtime” sign above the bar. Two wireless microphones live on the brass coffee table next to a popcorn bowl. The system runs the same kind of commercial KTV library that the better rooms in Bangkok and Pattaya use, controlled from a touchscreen rather than a paper book.

Six languages on the library: Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, English, Japanese. That covers the four origin groups we host most often, and the cross-table mixed-language nights that follow. A friend group of ten will usually find their way to the room around the second drink and stay there until someone wanders back to the pool.

Who books a private karaoke villa in Thailand.

Four groups, in roughly this order. Friend trips of eight to ten, where the KTV is the centerpiece of one or two nights of the stay. Milestone celebrations: thirtieths, fortieths, wedding-adjacent weekends where renting a public KTV room for the whole night feels wrong and the villa solves it. Big family gatherings where the older guests want a pool and the younger ones want a microphone. Small corporate offsites that want a private space they don’t have to clear out of.

What these groups have in common is that they’ve already tried the alternative. Booking five hours at a downtown KTV for ten people, then negotiating a taxi home at one in the morning. Asking a hotel ballroom for an off-menu request. The villa skips both. Your room. Your timing. Your bar.

How to book it: Indigo, or The Compound.

Two options. Both include the KTV.

Indigo, alone, for up to ten.

Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, one saltwater pool. Four kings and an entertainment room with a double sofa bed. Two soaking tubs, one in the main-floor master and one upstairs in Bedroom 2. Self-contained kitchen, living room, and pool deck. The KTV is on the ground floor, off the main hall. When Indigo is booked alone, the gate to Cerulean stays closed and locked. Hold the wing with a $1,000 refundable deposit. See the full layout on the Indigo page.

The Compound, for up to eighteen.

Both wings together. Nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two saltwater pools, two kitchens. The KTV stays in Indigo; Cerulean adds four more bedrooms and the triangle pool on the other side of the courtyard gate. This is the right booking for a multigenerational family of twelve to eighteen, or a friend group that wants a quiet wing to retreat to after the singing. Hold The Compound with a $1,500 refundable deposit. The full layout lives on the 9BR page.

Why Jomtien, not Walking Street.

Villa Azure is in Jomtien, the quieter southern district of Pattaya. Walking Street is three kilometers north, about five minutes by Grab. Jomtien Beach is three kilometers south, about the same. Suvarnabhumi is ninety minutes to two hours by car. The villa is inland on purpose: a walled residential street where neighbors live next door and we keep our promises about quiet hours.

That’s the trade. You don’t walk to the beach from here. You take a five-minute Grab. In exchange, you get a property where ten people can sing at midnight without anyone calling the front desk, because there is no front desk and the KTV doesn’t carry past the wall.

What’s in the wing, beyond the KTV.

Five bedrooms with smart TVs, premium linens, and AC. Two soaking tubs. A saltwater pool with remote-controlled lighting and jacuzzi jets, serviced twice a week. A full kitchen with stainless steel, granite, and ten place settings. A walled courtyard with palm trees and hibiscus, a putting green, and cornhole. Pool floats deployed. Yoga mats and resistance bands in the closet. Self check-in by keypad; codes go out twenty-four hours before arrival.

What it doesn’t come with: daily housekeeping, on-site staff during your stay, pre-stocked groceries, or beach sand. Convenience stores deliver fast. Tops is a fifteen-minute walk. The chef, driver, and in-villa Thai massage are paid add-ons; message us at booking with what you want and we’ll arrange them.

Common questions, answered short.

Is there really a private villa with karaoke in Pattaya?
Yes. Indigo, the five-bedroom wing of Villa Azure in Jomtien, has a dedicated KTV lounge with a 100-inch projector and professional sound. Book the wing alone for ten guests, or book The Compound (both wings) for eighteen.
What languages does the karaoke library cover?
Six: Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, English, and Japanese. The library is the same library that pro KTV rooms in Bangkok and Pattaya pull from, run from a touchscreen rather than a paper book.
Will the karaoke wake the rest of the house?
The KTV is acoustically separated from the bedrooms upstairs. Sing as late as you want. We rarely get noise complaints from neighbors, and guests sleeping above the lounge tell us they don't hear it.
Can we book just the karaoke room for one night?
No. The KTV is part of Indigo, not a standalone rental. The shortest stay is the wing's normal minimum. If you want it for one night, book Indigo for that night and the room is yours along with the rest of the villa.
What if our group is bigger than ten?
Book The Compound. That's both wings together — Indigo (the KTV side) and Cerulean (the four-bedroom triangle-pool side) — sleeping eighteen across nine bedrooms, with two saltwater pools and two kitchens.
